The overall security system in Ubud is formed by a unique combination between local village security personnel (named BanKamDes), Ubud local Police (Polsek) and private security such as Maya Ubud and other premises. All information about security concern are well distributed among those parties at all times.

One kilometer distance from Maya Ubud Resort & Spa to the Local Police Station is an advantage for this resort. More attention and visiting from the Local Police to back up the resort are experienced. The single access in and out of the Maya Ubud facilitates our security a focus to provide the best security check for vehicles, people and goods traffic. Although the Police Station is close by to the resort, the hotel handy talkies are in the same line (frequency) with local Police Station, this is a reason the local police authority connection is very speedy.

The nature of the resort landscape provides the natural barrier to trespass the resort with two rivers bordering the resort; Petanu River in the east and Batuan river from the west to south.  35 strategic check points in the area are always checked by the resort security to ensure this resort safe for our stakeholders.
