   Surfing at Kuta Beach

Many people who come to Bali look out and see people surfing the  waves off of Kuta Beach. Bali is a surfing mecca, one of best places to learn and surf,  reef breaks, beach breaks.

Surfing is good for fitness, de-stressing. Kuta Beach is world famous and is where surfing started in Bali. There's a wave everyday, you can find boards and surf everyday. Imagine telling your mates at home you learned to surf in Bali.

At first you will start off in the pool inside Hard Rock Hotel  to get a sense of how the board is before hitting the waves.

The boards are specially made for safety with a soft top, rounded  edges and flexible fins. The beginning boards are in a Malibu and  Mini Mall shape. There are the boards all sizes and shapes, kids boards and a several tandem boards.

Bali has given a magical gift to the global surfing community. That gift  is surf! Like a magnet, Bali's surf has attracted the world's best surfers to ride and discover Indonesia's best-kept secret.

Today, Bali is the front door for hardcore surfers setting to explore the  many excellent quality waves throughout the rest of Indonesia. Before they head off to discover the surf of Java, Sumbawa, Lombok or the Mentawai  Islands, they should never overlook the quality and perfection of Bali's surf.
